Since many of you are not able to come to see us in store, we want to make sure you can still easily access our products online. This is why we are temporarily adjusting our return policy to offer you free returns on your order. A prepaid return label is added to the package.
The rate at which we buy and return items encourages unnecessary consumption and the transport involved, causes a lot of CO2 emissions. Therefore we kindly ask you to please continue to place your order consciously as we adjust our usual No Free Returns Policy to help make it easier for you to get access to the right gear.

We want you to be happy with your purchase and that your Houdini products will be with you for a long time ahead, therefore we have a 1 year return policy. This extended policy applies to all of our assortment, with one exception: Since underwear is a hygiene product, the product has to be unused and still in its sealed package. Other items need to be in the same condition as you received them with labels and tags still attached.
If you wish to exchange your product; please place a new order on the product you want and make a return of the original product.
